Welcome to TUFF.com.sg website terms and conditions. This page states the terms and conditions (the “Terms” or the “Agreement”) under which you may use the materials from “Tuff.com.sg” web site and purchase products from it. This website, including any sub-site accessible through the homepage, is published, own and maintenance by Tuff Industries (S) Pte Ltd (hereinafter call as “Tuff Industries”). Please read this page carefully. By accessing the “Tuff.com.sg” website you accept and agree to be bound, without limitation or qualification, by these Terms. If you do not accept any of the Terms stated here, do not use the “Tuff.com.sg” website. The company may, in its sole discretion, modify or revise these Terms at any time by updating “Tuff.com.sg” web page. You are bound by any such modification or revision and should therefore visit this page periodically to review the Terms.

We reserve the right to alter these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.
Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
The actual product colours depend on your monitor. We will reasonably ensure the colour display is as accurate as possible compared to the actual product. But we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the actual product colour.
Goods are subject to availability.
The stock position might change due to delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is processed. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock, we shall notify you as soon as possible for a refund/replacement on the particular item.
We reasonably ensure that all descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information such as price or promotion detail has been mis-published.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are not inclusive of 7% GST (Goods and Services Tax).
PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS
All online transactions are based on US Dollars.
When you place an order on our website we shall send you a confirmation email. If we are unable to fulfill a particular order, we will refund you back the amount through PayPal.
Once you have checked out and your order has been confirmed you will not be able to make any changes to your order. The transaction is final and order will be processed by us accordingly.
Online orders cannot be cancelled & refund once the payment has been made. There will be a 50% cancellation charge if arrangements have already been made or delivery has been attempted.
We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may be due to the followings:
1. The product ordered being unavailable from stock
2. PayPal’s inability to obtain authorization of payment
3. An error within the product information, including price or promotion
If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.

All prices are inclusive of delivery within Singapore during operating hours. Mondays to Fridays, 8:30am to 5:30pm.
PURCHASE POLICY
Sorry, we do not practice return or exchange for items sold online. Hence, kindly ensure that you are really sure of the items you have selected before proceeding to check out.
SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY
We ship to all countries except for Thailand, Vietnam and United Kingdom
ORDER STATUS AND TRACKING
The purchase cut off time to process your orders is at 9.30 am (GMT +8).
You will receive two emails after you place your order and provide us with a valid email address:
1. The first confirms that your order was received once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained; this email will arrive within about 24 hours.
The status of your purchase will be reflected as “Complete”.
2. The second confirms that your order was shipped from our warehouse. The status of your purchase will be changed to “Shipped”. You will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your order. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order.

PAYMENT
Make secure purchases and pay quickly without revealing your credit card number or financial information through PayPal. Major credit cards are accepted. Please see www.paypal.com for information on PayPal payments.
The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer’s credit or debit Card Company. Overseas customers will also be liable for any import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. You are advised to check the latest applicable local requirements before placing an order.

1. Use of Material
The contents of “Tuff.com.sg” website, including but not limited to text, software, photographs, graphics, illustrations, artwork, video, music, sound, names, logos, trademarks, service marks and other material (“Material”) are protected by copyright and other laws internationally. The Material includes both content owned or controlled by the Company “Tuff.com.sg”.
The company “Tuff Industries” authorizes you ONLY to view and download a single copy of the Material on the “Tuff.com.sg” website solely for your Technical Specifications & NON commercial use. You may not sell or modify the Material or reproduce, display, publicly perform, distribute, or otherwise use the Material in any way for any public or commercial purpose without the written permission from the company “Tuff Industries”.
If you violate any of these Terms, your permission to use the Material automatically terminates and you must immediately destroy any copies you have made of the Material.

THE COMPANY “Tuff Industries” AND ITS DISTRIBUTORS MAKE NO WARRANTIES ABOUT THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF THE MATERIAL, SERVICES, TEXT, GRAPHICS AND LINKS.
THE COMPANY “Tuff Industries” DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEB SITE WILL OPERATE ERROR-FREE OR THE THIS WEB SITE OF ITS SERVER ARE FREE OD COMPUTER VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL ITEMS. IF YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR THE MATERIAL RESULTS IN THE NEED FOR SERVICING OR REPLACING EQUIPMENT OR DATA, THE COMPANY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THOSE COSTS.
3. Limitation of Liability / Disclaimer of Damages

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY “Tuff Industries” OR ITS DISTRIBUTORS ARE LIABLE TO ANY USER OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY OR LOST PROFITS) RESULTING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE WEB SITE OF THE MATERIAL, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT THE COMPANY IS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold “Tuff Industries” and all of it’s agents, directors, employees, information provider licensors and licensees, officers (collectively, “Indemnified Parties”) harmless from and against any and all liability and costs incurred by the Indemnified Parties in connection with any claim arising out of any break by you of these terms and conditions of use or the foregoing representations, warranties and covenants. You will cooperate as fully as reasonably required by “Tuff Industries” defense of any claim.
